Steel and Iron Foundry
Allard-Europe is a reliable steel and iron foundry making large castings to customer specifications. All produced castings can be machined in-house. The machining shop is equipped with CNC milling and turning machines with a capacity up to 10m diameter. CAD/CAM software (Unigraphics) adds up to the flexibility of the company.

Investing for the future
Allard-Europe is investing for the coming years. This means: a higher melting capacity for heavier castings and higher flexibility. Melting capacity is increased to over 40t. More precise analysis equipment is installed for chemical elements O, N, H, C and S together with new heat treatment furnaces. To optimize the lead time and to accommodate new equipment, Allard-Europe has built a brand new machining shop. The existing machining equipment is moved to the new facility and new machines have been installed for a better service. The new machines are a vertical lathe with a maximum outside turning diameter of 4.7m (provided with spindle and double column design); and a new 5-axes controlled milling and boring machine with machining length up to 13m.

Damen Shipyard, JSS Karel Doorman: A and P-frames. Huisman Equipment, Aegir: crane hooks and lower bearings segments K. Various clients: pumps, suction mouths and liners for mega hoppers and cutters.
